Wonder Man has gone down to defeat at the hands of Angkor! And thankfully, his friends carry him back to his home to recover! Once Simon feels better, he heads to the Avengers' compound to enlist his teammates' aid against. Angkor! But to his shock, his fellow avengers want to go to New York instead! Simon storms out and tracks down Angkor at a nearby munitions plant! And then and there Wonder Man and Angkor battle to the death! Win or lose Simon will be a changed man forever!
