A piece of Shrapnel lodged in the Hulk's head is slowly making its way to his brain. When it gets there it will kill him. In the mean time it has been effecting his sanity. A rash of destructive disasters have been blamed on the Hulk. Wanting to give the world someone to blame the Hulk has unveiled the identity of the Maestro. Now with the world watching the Maestro and the mighty Thor engage in a battle that only one of them will walk away from. Aftermath continues in Avengers #397.
