Casanova Quinn is now in timeline 919 where he (this timeline's Casanova) was the star agent of E.M.P.I.R.E. before he got killed, instead of the rogue he is in his own timeline. Newman Xeno, leader of W.A.S.T.E., plants Casanova into 919 to counteract Casanova's father, Cornelius Quinn, leader of E.M.P.I.R.E. Working as a double agent, Casanova's first assignment is retrieve rogue agent Winston Heath. Newman wants Heath killed.
