Wolverine and Heather battle Wildchild and Gamma Flight. Mac explains how he survived the explosion of his suit (way back in Alpha Flight #12). Puck is restored to the team as Alpha Flight fights off the Master of the World. Mac and Heather are reunited. The Canadian government reinstates Alpha Flight as official heroes. Heather changes her code name to Guardian (and Mac becomes Vindicator).
