Packaging
Every comic sold by PB&J is bagged and boarded using acid-free material. This helps to ensure that comics are not damaged by handling.
Shipped comics are packaged together either in an envelope (5 or fewer comics) or a box (6 or more comics). Each order is sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard for protection while in transit. In addition, orders and cardboard are tightly wrapped in a layer of kraft paper. This packaging approach ensures that the comics are always kept secure and protected, while using as little in the way of single-use plastic as possible.
Local Pick-Up
If you're in the Kawartha Lakes area, or close-by, you can save on shipping and get your order faster by opting to pick up your order. Just use the Local Pickup option when placing your order. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a time when you can come over and pick it up.
We understand that sometime situations can change. If you're unable to make your pick up appointment, please let us know in advance and we can reschedule. Please note that after three missed pick-ups, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus a $10 handling fee.
Local Delivery
If you live in the Lindsay area, you can get your comics delivered quickly and cheaply by opting for Local Delivery when placing your order. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to confirm delivery details, and then drop your order off at your door.
Free Shipping
If you live within Canada, you can receive free shipping with a minimum order of $100 CAD. Sweet!
Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged, please use the Contact Us page to report the issue. We will issue a refund or store credit.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Customers are responsible for any custom charges, fees, or taxes that may incur from their orders.
