As Betty and Rick attempt to cure their friend Bruce Banner from the affliction of the Hulk, a mysterious golden stranger arrives in a small town on the rays of a rainbow. Glorian has returned to grant the people of this town their heart's desires, but when the Hulk arrives to stop him, the Golden One sets the townfolk, disguised as Hulk's greatest enemies, against him. How can the Hulk convince the people that what Glorian offers is a false prize without hurting them? And, where Glorian treads the ultra powerful Shaper of Worlds can not be far behind.
