One of the more successful results of the Mutant Turtle-mania that swept indie comics in the 1980s, this is just what it sounds like: Rodent cops spoofing a mid-80s TV show that also had Vice in the title. The Aliens send-up continues as the boys battle the Snailien Queen in outer space to save a group of young hamsters.
