Mike Badilino defeats two Firm agents who attacked him in his apartment, but is overpowered by their companion, the super powered female Heart Attack, who demands information on Ghost Rider; a phone call from Mike's task force, informing him Ghost Rider is in Greenwich Village, provides Mike a momentary distraction, and he escapes. In the Village, Ghost Rider is battling Death Ninja when Suicide intervenes, still wanting to die and needing Ghost Rider around for that to happen.
